4. Utilize technology

Most people use today’s technology. From iPhones to tablets and laptops, people can always be found online. To take advantage of their use of technology, it is important to have wifi available in your facilities. This will get people to explore more. You can also give seniors and family advocates the opportunity to write a review while visiting your facility via your Website, by texting them or even emailing them.
